Rudolph Bella is a Senior Investment Director with over 25 years of international experience, including 19 years in private equity and corporate finance across Africa. He combines deep investment expertise with operational leadership to drive turnarounds, growth strategies, and governance transformations across multiple sectors.

He began his career at KPMG in Paris before holding senior finance roles in the Telecom and Industry sectors on the continent, and later joined private equity firm Emerging Capital Partners, where he led transactions in Energy, Telecoms, Infrastructure, and Education. He has served on several boards, engaging with stakeholders at the highest level and contributing to major strategic initiatives to strengthen and grow portfolio companies.

He holds a Global Executive MBA from INSEAD and a Master’s in Management from SKEMA Business School, and is fluent in French and English.
