Soline joined the Acceleration Fund from Emerging Capital Partners (ECP), where she spent two years. She has over 10 years of global experience, including more than eight years working across Africa. Prior to ECP, she was a Principal at Cross-Boundary, a boutique investment advisory firm focused on emerging markets.

Soline has served on the board of Smart Energy and has worked across multiple sectors,including Power, Water, Education, and Digital Infrastructure.

A French national, she holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and an MSc in Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry from École Polytechnique.
